What is Surface Management Treatment System, and how will it solve my mold issue?
SMTS™ is a two-part product, consisting of an EPA registered antimicrobial and a proprietary surface sealant:
PART A: The Killing Agent

PART B: The Secret to our MoldExterm™ System
SMTS™ Part B is our patented, polymer sealer that will enhance the effectiveness of Part A by sealing the surfaces, and essentially act as a shield against future growth on treated surfaces.
The secret is in its metallic nanotechnology and Moisture Intelligence™, which is the ability to travel through any surface water can, and seek out the moisture in a mold spore.
Once detected, the mold spores’ molecular DNA will be broken down and rearranged, no longer making it an allergen or harmful to occupants in a structure.

Dr. Leonard Pinchuk, of Innovia LLC, created a family of polymers that is used in the medical field and agriculture industry.
The polymer found in our proprietary SMTS™ Part B is a tweak of a molecule in the polymer found inside the human body of patients with heart stents. This polymer coats the stent and allows medicine to work effectively to heal the stent in the artery, thus improving patient acceptance ratio of the catheter.
This amazing science is also used in PDS (Polymer Delivery System) in the agriculture industry. Having a polymer to encapsulate pesticides used on crops will reduce the run-off of chemicals into streams and other water sources. It also reduces the amount of times pesticides need to be applied to crops!
